Country Manager Small Hydropower Full Time

Country Manager Small Hydropower. Based in Tbilisi, Georgia
We are searching for an internationally experienced Expat Country Manager with at least 10 years experience in Hydropower Management to manage the existing renewables pipeline of mainly small hydro assets and to develop ongoing and new hydro projects in the region. You will lead a small team fully dedicated to the mission to build a portfolio of 60MW of operating assets in the next 5 years in Georgia.
You need to have experience running a company and will additional have support from the international corporate team.

Role & Experience:

• Daily management of the in-country team coordinating project delivery, finance, legal, admin, asset management development and HR.
• Liaison with stakeholders, government agencies and local communities Prepare, develop and implement the business strategy for the region Cost & budget control and Financial Reporting Working with BD teams to ensure future pipeline of business Implement operational KPIs Contractual agreements and negotiations P&L Management

Salary & Package:

• Negotiable for the right candidate paid in USD, the company offer a streamlined package which includes a competitive base salary and medical package with incentives.
